Delegation contract and payment
- You should prepare some documents like a certificate of degree, foreign documents, documents from your employer etc.
- Apostille, consular attestation, translation and notary fees are separate.
- The procedure of apostille / consular legalization, translation and notarization application are not covered by the registered immigration specialists so you should prepare these by yourself but I can assist you.
- I recommend having a paid consultation before delegation to check requirements, required documents and how to prepare.

Process after payment
- After payment, you should send me passport, residence card and required documents by courier with prepaid. (택배 선불)

- The post office registered mail (등기우편) is not allowed because your parcel may be returned or discarded due to the absence of recipient. The post office courier (우체국 소포) is allowed.
- In case the immigration office request additional document, ① you can prepare and submit it in person, ② I can prepare and submit it on hehalf of you, or ③ you prepare and I can submit it for you. Fees for ② case will be set separately. Fees for ②, ③ case will be set seperately.
- Your passport and original documents will be delivered by courier.
Refund policy
- In case of the contract termination due to the negligence, inevitable reason, the delegate will refund the fees and return the documents which the delegate received. However, certain fees which the delegate has already paid to the 3rd party to proceed the deleagated task won't be refunded. Courier fees for return is on the delegator.
- In case your application fails, I will refund 110,000 won.
